We live in a small house and my room is very small. I'm not a fan of pink though. Ideas?

You could buy some photo paper and photograph and a large wall of pictures. If you like pink, you can paint a wall in black and cream. It is classic, but both women. You may also painted a wall and another color for the rest of the room.
See some of the HGTV programs. It gives me really good ideas. They have a website.

Do not use a dark color .. make your room that looks even smaller. For only you I am probably assuming you have a double bed. If possible, raise the bed higher and can be placed in baskets to look under the bed for additional storage. Depending on how you choose to paint your room, you can always paint these baskets with color coordination. As a teenager, you probably want something light and airy. It could be a gray, white and yellow combined. You can use the walls in a very light gray sides, white, and you can make a yellow blanket. Light blue, green or light. I know that every girl likes the cool colors. There are many issues out there.
